We provide safe spaces, supportive mentorship, and life-enriching opportunities that help young people develop confidence, build leadership skills, and create positive futures for themselves and their communities.
Our mission is simple: to remind every young person that their voice, their potential, and their future matter.
Who We Serve
All YOUth Matter Inc. serves youth ages 7–19, with a special focus on supporting at-risk youth who may benefit from additional guidance, mentorship, and resources. Many of the young people we serve face challenges such as limited access to opportunities, lack of mentorship, low self-confidence, academic struggles, or difficult life circumstances.
Through our programs, we strive to provide encouragement, positive role models, and meaningful experiences that help youth overcome obstacles and reach their potential.

Meet Our Founder
Chancierra Coleman
Chancierra “Cici” Coleman is a youth mentor, author, and community leader dedicated to empowering young people through character development, leadership training, and faith-based mentorship.

As the founder and executive director of All YOUth Matter Inc., she works alongside schools, churches, families, and community partners to equip youth with the confidence, life skills, and support systems needed to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
Through mentorship programs, youth outreach initiatives, and community partnerships, Chancierra is passionate about helping young people discover their value, strengthen their character, build their faith and realize their full potential.

Her work is driven by the belief that every young person deserves encouragement, opportunity, and support, because all youth matter.
